Ranjan comes for a diverse real estate sales background. His expertise is not limited to residential. He is the point of contact for many builder projects to help deliver close to customer expectations. Ranjan, as a co-founder of RebateRealty Inc., developed the idea of providing customers with the ultimate home shopping experience by bringing all properties listed to the consumer. He still believes the showing and first vibe when entering a potential purchase is an important part of the purchase process, however RebateRealty.ca was designed to simplify the search and appointment process. He has networked with hundreds of small businesses to get our customers the best deals in the market for every day purchases. He collaborated with Loyalty Source Inc. based out of Montreal to bring to our customers over 18,000 gift items to choose from and ensure the customers realize how valuable they are. Cultivating loyalty is his goal, so his team of realtors, network partners, and customer service associates provide excellence in service and demonstrate knowledge and help at the lowest cost to the end user, simply to make it the most competitive and well managed platform for buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. His collaborative efforts allow our clients to access top tier mortgage lender rates for any term or situation hassle-free. Shallu Jain Director, Accounting

Ms. Jain's expertise in accounting has led her to be a controller at RebateRealty Inc. Her exposure in the legal field of real estate transactions and habitual transparency in accounting helps her guide RebateRealty Inc. in better helping her clients. She is a part of the leadership team that has delivered customer service excellence and is now responsible for the expansion of our rental management system to further help our visitors who want to better manage their properties and tenants.
